To be clear, this 3 day fast involves no food. During the 72 hour water fast, I only consumed water and plain tea. The first day was green tea. Halfway through the second day, I switched to Lipton tea. No sugar, cream, honey or lemon was added.
This 3 day water fast was easier than I thought it would be. I have done this extended fast before, but I stopped at exactly 72 hours and broke the fast with bone broth. This time I kept going past the 72 hour mark.
